Could be worse. Could be better
Manufacturing fault on one leg, only way to fit a, wheel was on the inside and wonky. I didn’t want to return it but the seller was v good customer service and although couldn’t offer replacement part they did offer partial refund. Disappointing quality overall but cooks really well and a large area for food, shelfs great and looks good.

Disappointing quality.
It’s not very good quality. The temperature gauge filled up with water the first time it rained, and the whole thing is rather flimsy. The little rack that sits in the lid is a pain to get in and out, making it hard to clean. Overall a disappointment for the money.

Product is not safe to use
Following our first use it became apparent that the product is coated in a black paint which melted and contaminated our food + let off a strange smell. The grill also disfigured due to the heat of the coals and provides further evidence that this is a low quality product which should not be used for food/consumption.

Great buyer experience
Great product. There was a small issue with the welding where one of the wheels go but after communicating with the seller a very satisfactory conclusion was found. Very pleased with the customer service and apart from that minor issue I’m very please with the product.

Reasonable
For the price and if you are using it occasionally, it’s a reasonable BBQ.If you have any interest in the more specific side of cooking that requires good temperature control then this is not for you. There is not a proper seal so struggles with heat retention. The vents are both at the top which makes no sense. You can cool the BBQ but not increase oxygen supply to the coals.The build quality is questionable but that little things like the odd scratch out of the box and the wheels not lining up due to the frame being slightly off.Of course you get what you pay for and I would say that you could get the same results with a lower quantity from any bargain BBQ.

Warming grill needs better fixation to the barrel
Bbq is good .. biggest problem the warming grill above when tightened bows and if loosened the food will swing off into bottom of the barrel.. aargh!

easy to assemble – wide grill
Really easy to put together took no more than 20mins and that was after a wine…Used it around 4 or 5 times and not seen a problem, the grill is very wide which is great when you have a lot of things on the go – would have been harsh to knock a star off as it doesn’t have an adjustable coal tray i.e. to change the height. however, i knew what i was getting. good staple BBWQ

Not bad
The item arrived on time but had a very noticeable dent to the front right of the lid which created a gap. Although we’re able to use it, the damage means smoke cannot be contained in the BBQ. Not a major issue, but one to look out for should in case your item arrives in worse state. Would have given the item 4 star otherwise – only product criticism is that the handle insulation isn’t amazing.

Great grill for the money
This is a great grill. I bought it for my husband for Father’s Day. It is of great weight and sturdy. Was very easy to assemble, and works great. We grilled on it the first night. I would highly recommend this grill! Husband wishes you could adjust the height of the grill rack, but otherwise no issues at all.

My neighbors and I bought this barbecue because we have a large shared garden. They had the same barbecue years ago and it was here for a long time. It has a good quality and a very good size. This is amazing for summer parties.

Decent BBQ
Good sized grill makes it easy to cater for lots of people. The warming rack doesn’t appear to be able to be removed easily once installed so I can imagine it will become dirty. Doubt we’ll really use it. Grills come up fine with a quick scrub.

Waited for some good weather before unpacking this. I’m a bit disappointed. Although the reviews for this are good I’ve seen very similar, much sturdier seeming barbecues locally for a lot less. Should have shopped closer to home.

Great BBQ. Despite recommendation easily assembled this myself, without a second person. Used for first time yesterday evening. Worked super well and really enjoyable. Easy to clean. I do recommend buying a cover though – just to stop it getting ruined by the rain (I took the Landmann option which fits really well).

Firstly it came damaged and then we waited too long for a replacement. Once the new one came and built it was very disappointing. It’s very flimsy and poor quality and I don’t think it will last long. I wish I had bought something else now…

I bought this Due to the size and price as an upgraded bbq from a kettle style we have been using during lockdown. To be honest I wasn’t expecting anything special given it’s less than £100 and having been previously bought a similar style for c£400, but I was presently surprised… it was that easy to assemble I managed it myself and it’s sturdy, effective and far better quality than I expected!!

Rusty and broken before first use
The company won’t refund me and I can’t return it as I am not in the country or even if i was have any packaging to sent it back… I’ve sent pictures to show how its rusty and unsafe. They say its not their problem even asking them if I can purchase a cover which they don’t sell for this product … pay more for better products for sure** update to be fair – they have agreed finally to fully refund me but quality of the product really is poor

Large cooking capacity
This is a brilliant full drum BBQ. Very easy to assemble and all parts supplied. It is very sturdy and easy to move about. The base grill is very large and has another grill in the lid, which swivels when lid is pulled down (so food doesn’t fall off). There is a temperature gauge on the lid, which is very handy. Either side of the BBQ, there are two air outlets, to help with cooking times.The item came securely packaged and was not damaged in any way. I highly recommend this BBQ if needing to cook a lot of food.

Great value Barbecue
I was very impressed with this barbecue. 2 pairs of hands,12 bolts and 20 minutes you have a great family barbecue. With the lid down during use, it reached a good steady temperature which resulted in a perfect result. Coming from a part of the world where outdoor cooking is very regular event, I was surprised at the result this barbecue produced.

Nothing fitted correctlyThe bottom bowl was way out of alignment and had to make some of my own adjustmentsSome nuts and bolts were missing what should have taken about 90 minutes to erect took 4 hours + totally disappointed but will do for now
