Was in my inbox in minutes after purchase. VERY IMPORTANT : OLD NAVY DOES NOT TAKE THEIR OWN GIFT CARDS ON THEIR APP. Now this is the ultimate scam because 80% of the good deals are online or on app so don’t count on ever being able to use gift card for savings other then the almost retail priced items at a store near you. Would I buy this again? Absolutely NOT EVER! I have it 5 stars because the e-delivery was fast and they take it in their store. Old Navy: here’s the next scam for you. Sell gift cards that worked yesterday and add in the verbiage that it works online, in app & local stores.

The egift card was great but I had a slight problem instore
The egift card was great but I had a slight problem instore, as the cashier said it was invalid after an 30 min wait in line. Yet after calling customer service and contacting amazon I ended up finding out there was a balance and it was the lack of training on the employees part on how to process egift cards. I was able to redeem in store the next day but asked to have a seasoned cashier ring me up. Both Amazon and Old Navys customer service people did an awesome job of both working with me and backing me up. I had never had an issue before so I just recommend you have a cashier that knows when to ask for help or clarification from management when he or she needs it ring you up.

The email delivery worked well – and quick – with the Old Navy Gift Card E-mail delivery, receiving the card in a matter of minutes after I purchased it. The receiver had no problems claiming the code to pay for her clothes on Old Navy’s online website. These cards make great gifts. If you are sending across the country or even to your kids in college, they can immediately use them, usually get free shipping from old navy after a fair amount of spending – and the sizing charts are easily understandable and thorough. The clothes – and other items such as shoes or makeup – are shipped right to the door without anyone leaving the house to begin with. That’s a cool gift when you can’t otherwise shop.
