Split after less than 4 months
Extremely comfortable boots. Unfortunately they haven’t lasted a winter. Not cheap, so I had hoped for better.Customer service was very good and I’ve been refunded.

Not knee high

Leaked after a year
I loved these boots. They were comfortable, warm, and while a little big because of the whole sizes, fit great with the socks.However, a year later, they got a split in the sole right where one of the treads is. It was a crack that lead to significant water. I love these boots enough to fix it with Storm Sure, and it held for a while. But more cracks around the treads are developing again.I am torn, I really love these boots, but they are very pricey, and I would expect to last longer than one year. I do wear them a lot dash they were my go to footwear for everything in the last year, including lots of dog walking, but also regular about town too.I’m trying to decide if I should just get some cheaper wellies s and see how they last and try to fix these one more time as well.I’m leaving this review because this is such a hard decision. I want others to know that these boots are very very comfortable and I’m just not sure if I’m unreasonable and asking them to last longer than a year.

Good for the proce
I got this as my original muck boots had holes in them and needed up dating.Compared to my last pair of wellies, these have way more grip and I don’t feel like I’m walking on ice, when only on a bit of mud.I have deducted stars as I find them very baggy / loose around my feet, so have to wear thicker socks, to keep them on. So not true to size.BUT other than that, they are very good and I’mSuper happy with them.

Initially great but didn’t last long
Initially a great boot, nice snug fit and lovely and warm. Only problem was they split at the back! Was given a full refund so cannot complain, but a real shame as they were really nice to wear. Definitely not made for long term use.

So far so good
They arrived in a timely manner and are very comfortable. They are a bit bigger than I expected but an extra pair of thick socks did the trick. First trip out warm dry feet so can only be successful. Now just got to see how long they last.

Almost a good Welly
These boot almost got a 5 star review as they’re comfortable and warm but unfortunately started leaking after 10 months. So if you want a boot that’s warm/ comfortable to walk miles in but you don’t mind buying a new pair every 10months then these are for you. In fairness I would buy these again. Brilliant customer service from Lakeland.

The tops ripped immediately
While these appear to be very comfortable boots, my partner used the attached loop at the top of the boot to pull them on for the first time, only to have the seam give way immediately with the first bit of pressure.Although comfortable, the build quality of these boots leaves a lot to be desired.

They’ve been great for about a year, realistically only used them for about 6 months of that year because I didn’t use them in the summer but they’ve sprung a leak. They did the job but probably not for people who wear wellies every day.

Love them!
What a great pair of wellies- exactly what I needed for the sodden fields I walk my dogs on. These are my first pair of neoprene boots and they’re a extremely comfortable, warm and a far cry from the wellies of old. In fact, they seem to be my ‘go to’ footwear now due to how easy they slip on and off!

Dog walker
Comfortable. Warm. On the big size (have to wear one pair normal and one pair thick socks). Time will tell if last long enough (most usually develop splits around the back of the ankle).

Love these boots
Tried these before getting a really expensive pair of neoprene boots. I’m really impressed. I’m a professional dog walker so do a lot of hours trenching through mud. These boots are holding up well. Didn’t give the full five stars because I think there may be a very small hole in one after a couple months.

Neoprene too baggy and no support
Unfortunately these are not great at all. There is no support when walking through uneven ground. My muck boots rubber foot area was much better for support and the neoprene thicker and tighter. The neoprene on these boots is a bit loose and flappy around the ankle. I would not buy these again.

Leaking !!
Very comfortable but with light use only in the winter months the heel has worn down and has a hole in it. This causes mud and water inside the boot. Very disappointed Lakeland.

Easy to get on and off
Very easy to get on and off, boot size runs large so you don’t need to size up for wearing socks.I have high instep and got my regular size. They seem comfortable to wear and keep feet warm.

Disappointing
Very comfortable, a bit wide at the top, but that also made them easier to get on and off. However, they split within six months at the side of the instep, where they flex, so I won’t buy them again. They are only used for dog-walking, so light use twice a day in bad weather, when it’s too wet for walking boots.

Leaking
Bought these wellies in October and disappointingly they’re already letting water in. They’ve had a lot of wear dog walking but I would expect them to last more than 4 months. Very disappointed as they were comfy.

Great boot but doesn’t last as expected
Boots are super comfy and warm. I’ve had them for just on a year now but unfortunately the sole has worn on one tiny corner which means it now lets water into the boot defeating the object. Given the price and apparent sturdiness and price I would have expected and hoped they would last more than a single winter. Sadly disappointed and will have to find a more robust replacement pair.

Seemed good to start with
They looked good and quite a nice plum colour. I like the lip at the back to help take them off. They are warm.They come up quite large. I have had problems with the inner sole being loose on one of them so it moves up the back of my ankle when wearing and I need to glue it down.

Disappointed
I’m glad I didn’t review when I first got these as initially they were fantastic. Super comfortable and kept feet dry but less than a year of wearing them the soles are completely letting in water for this price I wouldn’t have expected that.

So comfy
These are not the cheapest of wellies but for waking dogs over muddy fields they are the most comfortable boot I have worn. They have good firm rubber soles which feel solid. The neoprene sides are great for fitting around your calves and make your leg and your foot feel secure. They are just so comfy – I do however, as I have done with all my wellies wear a more fitted bottom such as leggings as they comfortably slide in. I went for the purple colour too which makes them look that extra special!! I paid a lot more for these boots than I would have done normally but it is so worth it!

Comfortable and light .
I wore these boots for the first time in pouring rain and hailstones hitting me ! There was deep mud everywhere and I felt fine in these boots .They fitted snug round my legs and kept the rain out. They are nice and light to wear and very easy to put on and take off. So all in all very pleased with them .I am a size 4 and I ordered a size 4 and with a thickish pair of socks they were fine.Glad I didn’t go up a size. They have a good grip too.

So comfy, great grip but won’t last
I loved the comfortable flexible calf and ankle fit, soft bouncy insoles, lightness, warmth and waterproofing from the neoprene and fantastic grip in all kinds of mud and slush. They were good for many miles of dog walking. Lasted two years of seasonal use, by now the neoprene and rubber colour both very faded (don’t be scared of buying Plum colour, it will quickly settle down!), neoprene ripped at the ankle probably from a combo of thorns and wear, and a leak has sprung on the heel sole of one boot and the ankle joint of the other. Buying new as despite the 50% increase in cost they tick all the other boxes. I think if Lakeland improved the sole material these wellies would literally be perfect. NB I am foot size 5 and a 4 fits well with room for thick socks.

Comfortable but only lasted a few months
A good and comfortable boot, warm and easy to put on/take off. Used them daily with the dogs but unfortunately, they only lasted 3 months before starting to leak. Haven’t found yet where the water comes in but can no longer use them for their intended purpose. Shame really as they were quite nice while they lasted.

Attractive yet practical boots
Very pleased with these boots. Very comfortable and very light weight. My previous neoprene boots have been very heavy to walk in. They are also very warm. Use them in horse’s field and dog walking around muddy fields. They also have a good gripping sole. The plum colour is really nice.

Warm, comfortable but not so durable
I bought this product mainly for my work as a land manager to avoid cold feet. I have had them a year and now they are leaking. I don’t use them often, only for the really wet places; I have walking boots as well. Disappointingly they have started leaking after almost exactly a year – the second pair of neoprene boots to do so. Perhaps it is just this type of wellie but I do so want to have warm feet!!!

Confortable wellies
Used for dog walking, soft underfoot, comfortable on long walks. Can see them being around for years. Easy to slip on and off however, made a mistake by up sizing, no need to.

I was gifted these for Xmas . I’ve always had trouble finding wellies to fit me because I have very large calves . These fit perfect and not only that they are so comfortable. I can walk for miles in them . I wear them daily . I highly recommend them , they are a little expensive but honestly worth every penny

OK but not perfect

very comfortable, waterproof but not very long lasting sole wise
I bought these in April this year as i wear wellies nearly full time. They really are the most comfortable wellies i have had (and i have had a lot of different makes expensive and cheap ) they are also waterproof which is very good and i thought i had at last found a pair of wellies that would stand the test of time but unfortunately the sole has worn down at the back and a hole has appeared so now i cannot wear in wet weather or go walking on wet grass so i am a little disappointed as i thought they would last a little longer than they have done.

Happy with purchase
I wanted to purchase a Wellington boots for my daughter. I decided on these boots as I wanted a heel as my daughter has an issue with flat feet and needed to fit her calfs.When she returned from her trip, she stated she wore her boots most of the time.
