Wheel locks and need to add gas regulator to the purchase price
Good product,works really well,but why ,oh why are there only wheel locks on two of the legs .Have had to put bricks down by the remain two wheels to stop the whole barby from moving about . Wheel locks on all 4 wheels please ,and also include a gas regulator and hose in the package .A lot of money for a barby ,then you have to go and purchase the regulator at nearly £19 !!!!

Value for money
Assembly was a bit tricky mainly due to the side burner, this was a bit fiddly and you get the impression you are going to snap the metal flex hose (which is to long in my opinion. This is well worth the money and feels like it should be more, cleaning was mainly done in dishwasher after scrapping excess off. The small pot for collecting excess fat works well, i would highly recommend this product

Good Product – Excellent Service
This barbecue is easy to use and offers great value for money, especially the offer when we bought it. However, I am also impressed with the service offered by this supplier. Strong winds blew the barbecue over, and one of the gas control knobs was broken. Although we have had the barbecue for over one year, I contacted the supplier and they quickly responded. They immediately sent me a new control knob. Great service provided.

Does what it says it does
Found it is easy to assemble, and looks great. I have given middle of the road scores for East to clean and Value for money as I haven’t used it yet so it has not been clean, and the metal is quite thin for the cost and I fear it is going to rust easily and will need replacing within 24 months.

Great bbq
It is a little bit fiddly to assemble and one of the doors doesnt close properly (I will have to try to fix this somehow as it will get damaged if its windy). Having said that once it was built i was very happy with it. The ceramic coated grill was the selling point for me – much easier to clean than steel (weber use ceramic coated too). Good price. We’ve had some great bbqs

Good BBQ
Easy to put together, reasonable quality however it doesn’t come with a gas pipe and regulator. Not sure if we missed that in the description but be aware if you are buying it that you’ll need to separately purchase these.

At this price it outshines the opposition. The assembly was easy if you read the instructions. The finished unit was impressive with build quality and functionality, and the overall look is very professional. Only surprise was no back to lower cupboard. But otherwise the side burner worked well and the cover provided extra workspace when not in use. The four individual burners give great control to cooking and temperature control to the oven when the tops down. Cooked everynight as our cooker was broken on delivery, Great meals plenty of space. Loved it.

Good quality product at a competitive price.
BBQ came very well packed and not damaged. I took care with checking off all the supplied items against the parts list before assembly. It took me 3 hours to complete the assembly, but I took my time to get it right 1st time.I ordered the gas regulator, hose and cover at the same time as ordering the bbq, plus I bought a gas canister from my local supplier so I was ready to go as soon as I finished the assembly.The bbq worked very well and cooked the food quickly, I prefer to sear chicken and chops over the flame and then cook indirectly on a lower temp using the outer burners and with the lid down. I will continue to use my Weber for cooking large joints of meat (fore rib of beef Christmas Day) but the gas grill is perfect to just cook a couple of steaks or fish etc. mid week. It is very convenient so will be used regularly throughout the year.

Great value for money
Bought this for my other half for his birthday last year and it’s perfect. Really easy to assemble- took us about 30 mins to do together without any arguments. Been outside under a decent cover all winter and is absolutely fine. Tiny bit of rust on the wheels but that’s to be expected. Easy to clean (I just stick the racks in the dishwasher!) big enough for a decent party, but also you can just use one side so great for two of us too!

What a great BBQ
This product is great. I had bought it as a treat to myself ahead of cooking in the garden this Summer then a family member.came home with another similar BBQ. They returned theirs as one BBQ is.more than enough! It cooks for 10 people, i ended up cook for 14 in stages. I read before purchase that the fat can catch fire so be careful- I was careful and yes I had the odd flame but nothing that couldn’t be handled. Just be sensible, move the food and turn the dial down and carry on cooking. All in all a great unit and I would recommend this product. All the guests were impressed with the look and performance of this BBQ and all the food was eaten (chicken, pork, veg, mixed meat and veg kebabs, beef burgers). Some guests wanted to buy one of their own afterwards!! Cleaning was easy too. Just keep on top of it because I wouldn’t want to return to using it again next year with half crusted food / fat anywhere on the grill and also the fat dish and tray definitely needs cleaning asap.

Besides this it was relatively easy to put together with the exception of the side …
Item arrived on time in what appeared to be two well packed boxes, however, disappointingly the large box containing the main body of the bbq appeared to have been dropped (could of been in shipping), which caused a deformation of the metal on the bbq itself where the two rear legs attach. This meant a lot of panel beating and straightening of the main body so it could be put together correctly. Besides this it was relatively easy to put together with the exception of the side burner. The instruction for this was not very clear and required a bit of guess work to see if it was actually together correctly. The gas line and connection to the body of the bbq seems somewhat unsecured and is not easy to light because of this. There was also a couple of missing nuts that are required to attach the side burner control knob to the unit which had to be sourced from a DIY shop.Aside from the slight damage and guess work for some of the construction the bbq itself seems to be of good quality and good value for money. The four wheels makes it easy to move around the patio to wherever I desire to cook with it. It would be slightly better if the shelf unit could support a gas bottle.

Paint quality
The actual product is very good, unfortunately there are a couple of areas on the lid where the paint has failed to cover on the lid. There are no scratches in the area of missing paint indicating that these where done during manufacture.

Excellent value
Excellent product and value. I had a minor issue which the seller corrected quickly. Would recommend two for assembly and it took me a little longer with one (mainly for some fiddly bits). When assembling follow the instructions in order (don’t jump around thinking it will be quicker – it won’t) . Have plenty of space available to do it and easier to do outside. Finished product looks & works great. Very pleased with it.

Lovely bbq
Only criticism is the assembly and instructions are not for the faint hearted.Don’t buy it and expect to assemble in a hurry!Do it when you are not under pressure and take your time to read instructions, I am very experienced at assembling things and it took me well over an hour, whatever you do, do not tighten any bolts / nuts until you have located all the sequence or they are nigh on impossible to light up.Having said all this , the bbq once built feels chunky and cooks lovely.

I was undecided on wheter to choose coals or gas, but glad i went for this one. We have had several “Lockdown” BBQ’s and it works really well.One small gripe. It would have been nice to have a device to hang your utensils from, but thats just me being picky.

The bbq itself is fabulous, easy to use, brilliant ignition and great heat control.
It took me and my mum about 3 hours to put it together but that was only because there were one or two fiddly screws.The bbq itself is fabulous, easy to use, brilliant ignition and great heat control. I have a very windy garden and the side burner has stay lit even during a gust!The grill plates clean easy with a scraper but the whole cooling area is easy to dismantle to give it a good scrub.I’m really happy with it.

See for yourself – buying this barbecue could be a mistake

OK, so as stated in the video, we’ve had this barbecue for a little over 2 years. We’ve used it, but not loads. It has been kept covered with a cover that goes over it.I noticed a couple of months ago that tap number 1 started spitting out gas and fire from near the knob. Now though, what happens is that tap number 1 is very stiff but just spins and nothing happens – no ignition, no gas. So it is useless, non-functioning, but I suppose that’s better than it leaking out jets of fire (which it was doing before).The other taps / burners seem to be on their way out too.The company say that they think dirt and grime have caused this. I don’t think so. They’ve offered to sell me some replacement parts at a discounted rate. I don’t want to spend more money on similarly poor quality replacement parts.If you only want a barbecue to last for a year, go ahead, you might be ok with this one. If you want it to last 2+ years, maybe think again?We paid £179 for this. I see now that they are selling them for £400. For that sort of money, you could probably get something from a decent brand. It might be a bit smaller, but it will probably last years longer.

Feels average at best…
Assembly: mostly simple assembly however the gas pipe from the dials to the side burner is far too long. For it to fit in the specified hole it needs to be contorted into all sorts of shapes to make it fit. This was the only issue – the rest pretty good.Visuals: good looking BBQ which does stand out. No faults here.Quality: dials feel extremely cheap. Within one weekend 2 dials have snapped inside causing them to spin freely. Superglue has fixed for now but for this reason they do feel cheap. Rest of the BBQ feels solid.Recommendation: spend a bit more for something more solid. Will definitely consider something else next year.

Great item,poor instructions
The grill itself is better than i expected…But the setup instructions were not that good and it took over 3.5h to assemble it…Once it was set up,the grill time was reduced in half from coal and we had no problem with leaks etc…Good looking too…the only thing i didnt know was that the propane tank must be stored 1.5m away from the grill….and i thought i could use the storage bellow for that…bummer

missing some parts
On the build it was missing one part that made hanging the doors a major problem. e-mailed support and had the part within days ..good service. Used only twice so far and it does a good job and cooks nicely. As to how long this will last for is down to if you cover it and also it is out all weathers …so it will die at some point. All metal will rust so other comments on this need reflect the fact it is outside.

Bit disappointed
Assembled relatively easy although got a bit confused with the gas pipes to the side burner and diagrams weren’t the easiest to make out.Bbq works fine but have to operate burners on lowest heat as they are too hot otherwise. This means I lack control to adjust temperature as much as I would like. Also cooks far quicker at rear of bbq than at the front.It does the job but wouldn’t buy it given a second chance

Cleaning.
Never had a gas Barbecue before, friends have all raved about them. I’m not so keen. The Barbecue takes sometime to put together even when you are an engineer. The drip tray is very large, which needs to be washed every time as well as the grills. In my opinion it takes the pleasure out of Barbecueing, when there is so much washing of parts.

Grill tastic.
Although the instructions at first glance looked daunting – this was actually quite easy to assemble. It looks exactly like the photo. There is a small mistake in the instructions – it lists 12 particular screws but there are only ten – but you only need the ten so no great drama. The only hard part about assembly in attaching the gas burner cover on the side (it covers the gas pipe). It is almost impossible to tighten the screws as there is no hand room. The doors fit spot on as does the whole kit – I was surprised that it was such an accurate fit. I connected the gas and it lit first time both on the burners and the gas ring. We are cooking on t tonight and I am looking forward to it. All in all so far very pleased and would certainly recommend it.

Exellent BBQ and very good price
Bought this as a gift for my husband, who is particular about his BBQ equipment. The item was delivered within the expected timeframe and packaged securely.According to my husband it was pretty easy to assemble; however there was some doubt about the connection to the side burner. It seems the nozzle leading from the knob to the side burner inlet does not fully engage; however this was explained through customer service as being normal and works perfectly fine.The nozzle for the gas cylinder hose did not fit, as it isn’t clear what size connector is needed and we have been unable to verify the correct size for the ‘easy fit and release’ connectors; but overcame the issue by using a hose and regulator with a jubilee clip instead.We’ve been cooking on it since March and it is a very good gas BBQ with good storage below, behind the doors.

Cover better made than the grill
Assembly daunting when the number of components are unpacked but they are readily easily identified although I could not find a home for the final two screws allegedly to secure the side burner, but it seems ok without them. There is a problem with the geometry and one door springs loose after closing, either that or the magnetic closure does not work . One fascia piece did not align when secure so had to be slackened to get a passable alignment ( not perfect). Evre24 were helpful whist Amazon sanctioned the return but quickly lost interest when I said I would live with it rather than disassemble it and repack it. If you are into appearance of your bbq choose another but if you don’t care that the parts do not align it is acceptable as a grill

Easy to light.
Overall, we were very pleased with this Gas barbeque. It was quite easy to assemble and the finished product is sturdy and easy to wheel.Our first barbeque meal was so quick and easy compared to the former barbeque using charcoal.We had to do little cleaning as we used trays (successfully) to make cleaning even easier.The reason I lowered the score of sturdiness was because only one of the doors will stay closed.However, good product and would recommend.

Beware…does not last ..
I felt I needed to write another review having had the BBQ for18 monthsAs another client had mentioned the parts on the inside are cheap materials and my barbecue now is not functional. I looked at replacements but they come at a very high cost even though they are very thin sheet metal that is not galvanized.I would think cautiously before purchasing this barbecue if you intend to use it regularly for outdoor use

Cheap Bbq but prone to corrode
I bought this bbq in 2017 and it cooks well although it corrodes terribly. It was cheap at the time at £180 but the heat plates needed to be replaced after a year and the dripping tray also rusted badly until porous. The bbq is kept outside through the Scottish winter but is kept under a bbq cover. My main gripe with the bbq is not that it corrodes, probably expected at the price, but there seems to be little in the way of specific spare parts available. Although it still looks good externally, internally it has corroded so bad that this will be the last summer for the bbq as it won’t last another winter.

Item arrived quickly in two parcels, the top part is pre-assembled excluding the side trays.PROS:- Good entry level BBQ for the price- Cooks well and has some handy features and is well thought outCONS:- Very difficult to build, the instructions are not very clear at some points.- One of my legs did not have the correct holes for the screws so I had to improvise.- The metal construction is thin and isn’t very good quality, the finish scratches easily.

Beware many flaws with this BBQ.
I bought this BBQ just over a year ago.When it arrived it was VERY difficult to assemble – it took nearly 2 hours, with unclear instuctions.Initially I thought this BBQ was great, but as it has aged it has deterioriated significantly.- The burner covers are very thin and flat which means that fat dripping down from the grill sits on the burner covers and causes constant flare ups. These flare ups have damaged the metal which has now bent.- The consequence of these bending is that fat runs down quicker, catches fire on the way past the burners and sets fire to the bottom tray (despite regular cleaning)- This has resulted in some pretty big fires with flames coming out of the back and side of the BBQ. The paintwork has been damanged meaning that it has now started to rust and corrode.This has become more frequent to point where I have now decided to scrap this one and buy a new better quality BBQ. It is a safety hazard.In my opinion its well worth spending a bit more money and getting something higher quality that will last a bit longer.

Great family BBQ
Took a while to build, but looks great and is a good size. Great gas control to cook meat and large grill to cook on, find it cooks vegetable kebabs, chicken and pork better than a charcoal bbq. Cleaning is easy and love the side hob.

It took longer to assemble than I thought but works …
It took longer to assemble than I thought but works ok. The one thing I may have missed from the description (if it was actually mentioned) was that it doesn’t come with a hose and connector for a gas bottle. So once I had built it I still couldn’t use it until I could find a retailer with the right bits the next day. A bit frustrating!

Satisfactory bbq
All the food stuck to the bars. We used salt and oil rubbed in to try and improve it hopefully it will improve.Previously we have had outback bbq which are better quality but twice the price and still rot over winter

i do like the BBQ, now its built, I think you should tell customers they have to build it first and that the gas bottle connector doesn’t come with it, my mate said if he ordered that BBQ to build he would have sent it back.

Great BBQ and great price
The BBQ arrived well before the delivery time. It was very well packed the instructions for assembly were spot on. It’s very well made I had it up and running in less than 2 hours. The only one little niggle I have is the day after it was delivered there was a price drop of £5 but hey ho!! It was still a great price, I’ve seen a lot out there for much more money.

Don’t expect it to last
We’ve had ours since 2020 and it has been excellent as far as cooking is concerned. But………..I replaced the burner plates as they disintegrated last year- that should have taught me something.We have put it away each Winter and I have had it in the garage since the weather changed. I attempted to clean it this evening but the back has rusted away, as has some of the jet supports.It reminds me of my first car.If it is on the market, as some claim, for £400, it is certainly not worth the money

Fine family BBQ
If you’re looking for something you can build quickly (within a couple of hours) then look elsewhere! This took my wife and I (two reasonably intelligent people) over three hours to assemble. If you have never had a gas BBQ, you need to buy a propane hose and a regulator separately (believe the regulator is mentioned in the small-print somewhere!). Once you’ve got it all together, made a few trips to the hardware store to purchase regulator, hose, propane tank, this cooks well and has a handy temperature gauge on the lid for roasting. Heat is easy to control with four dials and the addition of a side-burner is welcome. However, cleaning this BBQ back to an acceptable standard can take about an hour, so certainly not a quick job! In all, a decent enough gas BBQ (fine for cooking for four people) but remember your hose and valve, plus a good chunk of time to build and clean.

Poor quality!! Bad customer service.
hi there.i just wany yo warn future potential buyers if the BBQ. as you can see on the pictures, the BBQ that was kept under cover from the first day in addition, kept under the roof on a patio… as you can see it has been EATEN by RUST. The pipes, tray and many more elements have literally collapsed… i am not a cowboy, to expect the god knows what for 300 pounds but after 11 months the bbq is a pile of SCRAP METAL. not to mention , i had my previous WEBER bbq for 5 yrs and it was fine.. Moreover, on the same day, i purchased the BBQ cover ( same as 2700 Amazon clients) …Now… I contacetd the seller , their response was really epic 🙂 let me copy and paste it :It seems like the cover you have used for the BBQ is inferior to ours, which may have resulted in the poor protection of your item. The cheaper cover you purchased from Amazon has a fabric material rating of 210, whilst ours have a rating of 600 making its density and thickness more than double as prominent as the one you purchased. The use of a good cover and how the item is store is really important, which effects the longevity of the BBQ. In this case, a more durable cover wasn’t used to protect your BBQ, hence it started to rustsimply speaking … they say, that the rust was caused by no good DENSITY OF THE BBQ COVER….Seriously ? Density ? 200 ? and should be 600 ? and that’s the reason why my bbq looks like rubbish ?2700 customers bought the same cover and they all have bought the WRONG COVER ??read other reviews … dont waste your money unless you want to have a nice shiny BBQ for 2 months…also, the seller offered me replacement of the gas pipes, but due to my problems with hands and lack of knowledge , i refused replacements as i am not qualified nor trained to replace some gas pipes of the bbq… it is not only the pipes are corroded and but whole BBQi have never given anyone such a long or NEGATIVE review but this time i feel i need to warn people before they THROW MONEY AWAY…

Fantastic quality product
Excellent updates from seller & DPD tracked delivery…. Really well made and engineered, good instructions and very pleased with it, my only fault is that the pipe to connect to a gas cylinder is not included?

Good BBQ
I’ve had BBQs before but this is my gas BBQ. It arrived in two packages and was easy to put together if you can follow instructions.Have used it a couple of times now and it cooks great,0 the side burner is good for frying onions or boiling corn. There was slight damage on one of the parts when I opened the box but nothing too bad. It is easy to clean you can remove the parts to be cleaned and wash in the sink with all the other pots and pans. I think if you look after this BBQ it should last for ages.

Exceptional customer service
Bought this BBQ in the sale on Sept 2019, end of the season. We put it together, a bit fiddly but ok and then covered it up and stored it in the garage until this spring. It was wheeled about whilst we cleared out the garage (a COVID19 task) and we must have knocked off one on the control knobs and swept it up with the rubbish. Didn’t realise that we had lost the knob until we came to use the BBQ a few weeks ago. Via Amazon I contacted the seller to ask if I could buy a replacement knob. I received a prompt reply offering to send me one free of charge. I messaged my address and received an immediate reply to say one would be posted and with me in a few days. What excellent customer service and so appreciated.By the way the BBQ works really well, highly satisfied after years of using charcoal.

Awesome Bbq
Lots of people saying it’s a 2 person job, I managed it in about 90 minutes myself. Pretty easy to build as all you are assembling is the base really. It can be quite fiddly and some of the instruction could be changed around to make it easier to fit together but overall the bbq is awesome. One tip… two of the screws are silver ( I spent 10 minutes thinking I had lost some as the rest are black and it doesn’t specify the colour change for a certain bit of the build) ! Does exactly as it says on the tin. Easy to remove the grills to clean and super portable about the garden too! Easy to control the temp. We’ve cooked burgers, steak, chicken, even use the addition grill up the top to cook veg and wedges which normally say to oven cook but jst close the lid and hey presto!
